Q. What Are Refilled Cartridges?
Empty cartridges that are owned by the user and brought to our facility for filling again, are called "Refilled Cartridge". We use imported machine for refilling these cartridges with specific high quality laser toner or inkjet ink.
Q. What is “e -Smart”?
"e -Smart” is a registered brand name of Sinha Technologies. Only we & our registered franchisee can use this brand name for our products & services.
Q. What Are Special Features “e -Smart Refilling Centre”?
In "e -Smart Refilling Centre”, we refill cartridges in proper scientific way. There are few scientific steps those we are always follow for refilling & reconditioning of Laser & Desk-jet / Ink-jet cartridges.
A) In case of Refilling Deskjet / Inkjet Cartridges
- 1. Empty cartridge collection from customers doorstep as quick as possible, just after placing order over phone
- 2. Manual inspection of cartridges for any physical damage
- 3. Electronic inspection for bad nozzles or burnt out circuit
- 4. Clean out old ink & nozzles of print head by machines
- 5. Automated fill high quality microfine pigment ink using proper equipments & machines
- 6. Print test printout for quality check
- 7. Taping the print head & packing with jip lock pack
- 8. Billing
- 9. Delivery to customers doorstep as quick as possible.

Q. What Is A Compatible Cartridge?
A compatible cartridge is a same cartridge of another make, that means which is produced or manufactured by the other than of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). So E-Smart is the best among the other compatible cartridge in the market.

Our compatible cartridges are designed to meet or in some cases even exceed the standards set by the OEM in terms of performance, print quality and page yield. Q. What Are “e -Smart Recycled Cartridges”?
Empty cartridges that meet our quality standards are disassembled, their worn out parts replaced with the new parts to bring the cartridge up to the standard of a brand new one, are called “e - Smart Recycled Cartridges”. Our recycling process requires cartridges to be disassembled and inspected to determine any problem areas. Worn components are replaced with new parts, all sections are cleaned, and a fresh supply of toner or inkjet ink is added before the cartridge is resealed. High-quality recycled cartridges then undergo vigorous testing to assure that their performance is equal to a brand new cartridge. Satisfaction is guaranteed on our every recycled cartridge.
Q. Why Should I Buy A Compatible Or Recycled Cartridge?
Why not? The main reason is because it saves you lots of money! We provide a new concept to our every customer "Pay Less Print More". Most people don't realize that the cost of a new cartridge adds up quickly and sometimes is as high as the cost of a new printer. Also as a refilled cartridge has been recycled it reduces the amount of waste going to landfill.
Q. Will The Use Of Compatible, Recycled, Refilled Cartridges Void The Warranty Of My Printer?
No, the use of compatible, recycled, refilled cartridges will not void the warranty of your printer. Major printer manufacturers like HP even go as far to state on their website that: "The use of non-HP print cartridges does not affect either the warranty or any maintenance contract purchased from Hewlett-Packard.". HP clearly state that refilling alone does not void warranty of printer. In case of damage to printer that is attributable to a refilled cartridge HP will service your printer for a nominal time and material charge. Legally speaking, it is stipulated in "MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT" United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and Trade Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties 15 Section 2302 (c) that the consumer has the right to use cartridges of his choice.
Nevertheless it also depends upon who refills your cartridge and the quality of Ink used to refill the cartridge. Incompatible and cheap Universal Ink can and will damage your print head. Also if you refill using a syringe you will under fill the amount of Ink and you may introduce air bubbles in a cartridge, which can damage your print head.

Q. Are Compatible Or Recycled Cartridges As Good As Original Ones?

Q. Will I Get The Same Number Of Printed Pages From A Compatible Or Recycled Cartridge As An Original Cartridge?
You will get the same number of printed pages or in some cases more than OEM cartridges from our compatible cartridges.
Q. How Many Pages Could This Cartridge Print?
It really depends on what you are printing. Printing a text document doesn't use as much ink as when you print a photo. So there is no standard answer. As every user has different requirements it is difficult to calculate your cost per page to print. Though most manufacturers' use 5% covered area for calculating page print cost but in reality it is more like 8-10% for text printing and around 30%-70% for colour photo printing. But our customers tell us that our compatible or recycled cartridges produce at least as many pages as those from OEM cartridges.
Q. How Many Times Can A Cartridge Be Refilled?
Good care of your cartridge will determine how many times it may be refilled. At E-Smart Refilling Centre we spend the time to advise you on cartridge care so that you may get the most out of your cartridge. On the average Print head ink cartridges can refill between 2 and 5 times. Some cartridges that are well cared have been refilled over 10 times. The majority of laser cartridges can be refilled indefinitely. The life of a cartridge can depend on what you print. So, please get in touch with us for a more informed answer.
Q.Will A Refilled / Recycled / Compatible Cartridge Damage My Printer?
No, bear in mind that the ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts other than the cartridge and print head. The ink is applied to the paper as the paper is fed through the printer.
Q.Does e - Smart guarantee their work?
We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our line ofe - Smart Brand compatible and recycled cartridges. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of e - Smart brand Compatible, or recycled cartridge, just return the cartridge with the receipt within 30 days and we will test the cartridge in your presence and if found defective we will replace your cartridge with an equivalent type. Since we do not know how well the cartridge was cared, we cannot guarantee refilled cartridge that belong to you. To assure you of our Ink quality and quality work we will print a page using your refilled cartridge.

We have an active research and development department that works to ensure our technicians are always current. Unlike some refill services, at e - Smart Refilling Centre, we electronically test your cartridge to assure its electrical integrity and print performance before we refill your cartridge. We print a page to test refilled cartridge then return your cartridge with the test results to you. We do not substitute your cartridge with a pre-filled cartridge without your permission.
